AIBMS authInsight

AIBMS authInsight is a service that is offered to merchants to enable them to reduce their Credit and Debit card decline rates and increase sales by improving the understanding of their customers.

It allows you a greater understanding of the reasons cards are declined, with visibility of where your customers are from (Issuer country) and the ability to identify quickly changes in the Issuers' card payment behaviour.

It also offers you a greater understanding of requirements of 3D Secure and which transactions require this added security, plus the shared benefits on previously investigated issues.

Further ad-hoc reporting services can also be obtained, where specific authorisation issues require further analysis.

We are also offering AIBMS realtime authInsight.

AIBMS realtime authInsight is an action code based service which allows a Payment Service Provider (PSP) to provide an action to the merchant for their customers based on the authorisation response received from the Issuer.

AIBMS realtime authInsight provides the opportunity to turn some of your current declines into approvals, with the ability of AIBMS to pass raw issuer response to your PSP.
