Our Merchant Services support team can handle all queries financial and technical, including, but not limited to:

• Authorisation issues
• Statements
• Funding / Reconciliation / Payment issues
• General investigations
• Merchant Service Charge (MSC) or other fees
• Changes to existing account set ups, bank account details
• Complaints
• Terminal problems
